干旱胁迫及复水对结缕草渗透调节物质的影响毕业论文

摘 要

近年来,人口的增长和传统用水方法造成了水资源的过量损耗和水质污染,使得世界水资源日趋紧张,所以对于抗旱性强并具有较高水分利用效率的草坪草的研究渐渐引起了人们的重视。结缕草是一种得到广泛应用的暖季型草坪,干旱是限制其生长的重要环境因素之一,干旱胁迫下结缕草的渗透调节物质含量会产生显著变化,而这种变化与结缕草的抗旱性有重要关系。本研究采用前期结缕草属植物抗旱性评价当中所获得的2份结缕草种源(抗旱型种源Z077和敏旱型种源Z119)为试验材料,测定这2份种源在干旱胁迫及复水过程中几种渗透调节物质(包括游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、甜菜碱)的含量及其变化规律,主要结论如下:在本试验条件下,结缕草叶片中脯氨酸的积累在更大的程度上代表了受到损伤后的反应,与抗旱性成负相关。可溶性糖在结缕草应对干旱胁迫的过程中所发挥的作用主要在于物质和能量的供给,抗旱型种源由于具有较强的恢复生长的能力,而对包括可溶性糖在内的碳水化合物有较多的需求或者说较强的利用能力,从而导致其在干旱胁迫下可溶性糖的积累低于敏旱型种源。甜菜碱的积累与结缕草的抗旱性是成正相关的,甜菜碱可能在结缕草的渗透调节方面发挥重要作用。

Effects of Drought Stress and Rewatering on Osmotic Adjustment Substances in Zoysia japonica

ABSTRACT

In recent years, the growth of population and the traditional method of water use have given rise to excessive demand of water and water pollution, which have resulted in the shortage of global water resources. In turf science, more and more attention have been paid to the turfgrasses with higher drought resistance and water use efficiency. .Zoysia japonica is a widely used warm season turfgrass, and drought stress is one of the important environmental limiting factors to growth. When exposed to drought stress, the contents of osmotic adjustment substances in Z. japonica could change significantly, and this change could be related to drought resistance. In an earlier study, we have made an evaluation of drought resistance of zoysiagrasses, and we selected a drought resistant accession (Z077) and a drought susceptible one (Z119) from all the evaluated grasses. In this study, we determined the content changes of three osmotic adjustment substances under drought stress and rewatering. The major results are as follows: In this condition, the accumulation of leaf proline was negatively correlated to drought resistance in zyosiagrass, and it was a reflex of drought injury.It was presumed that the function of leaf WSC in zoysiagrass was to provide material and energy, and this role was more important than osmotic adjustment. The recovery capability of drought resistant Z077 was stronger than drought susceptible Z119, so the demand for, or the usage ability of carbohydrate was greater in Z077, and that led to a lower WSC accumulation than in Z119.The accumulation of leaf GB was positively correlated to drought resistance in zoysiagrass. Glycine betaine could play an important role in osmotic adjustment.
