薄壳山核桃种子生活力测定法毕业论文

摘 要

薄壳山核桃是一种优良的果材兼用型经济树种。采用四唑染色法对薄壳山核桃种子生活力进行测定,分析四唑的质量分数、染色温度以及染色时间对薄壳山核桃种子生活力测定的影响,并将生活力测定的结果与发芽试验结果进行比较分析。得出结论:

TTC溶液浓度,染色温度,染色时间三者之间存在一定的关系,通过改变三者之中的一者或两者可以达到改变其它两者或一者的目的。本文提出:温度35℃,浓度为0.5%,染色时间为8h是测定薄壳山核桃种子生活力的最佳条件。

Study on methods for rapid determination of seed viability of Carya illinoensis

ABSTRACT

Carya illinoensis is a good economy both nut and timber tree species. The seed viability of Pecan was determined by tetrazolium test. The paper analyses the influence of TTC solution concentration,dyeing temperature and dyeing time on the determination of Pecan seed viability. And the results of the determination of viability test and germination test results were compared and analyzed. It was found that:

There existed relationship among solution concentration, dyeing temperature and dyeing time. One or two of which could be practically altered to achieve the testing. This paper proposed that 0.5% of TTC concentration, 35℃ of temperature and 8h of dyeing time could be the best condition for seed viability testing of Carya illinoensis.
