摘 要

本实验以13种不同家系的枫杨种子为材料,记录采样地点并对母树的树高、胸径进行测定记录,采回后,对不同家系的种子进行观察、测定,具体测定的项目为:直径、千粒重、出苗率、种子发芽率、种子发芽势。得出的结果如下:

(1)13个不同家系枫杨种子在大小等级划分上为较大粒种子,形状为圆球形,种子颜色为褐色,种子表面粗糙,具有翅、毛。

(2)13个家系之间千粒重差异显著,6号千粒重最大,为94.113±1.66g,即使相同地域环境下,差异相对而言是也比较显著的。但种子直径整体间差异不明显,大部分种子直径在5mm左右。

(3)出苗率有明显的差异,5号和13号家系中有活力的种子较多,种子出苗能力优于其他家系。另外,千粒重(直径)大的种子,它的出苗率也会相应地高。13个家系枫杨种子的发芽率普遍较高,发芽率高的,发芽势也会相应较高,但并不具备必然关系,如6号与10号家系。

Study on the Seed Characteristics of Pterocarya stenoptera in Different Family

ABSTRACT

In this experiment, 13 different families of Pterocarya stenoptera seeds were

used as material to record the sampling sites and the height and diameter at

breast height were measured and recorded. After harvesting, the seeds of

different families were observed and measured. The specific measurement items

were: Diameter , 1000-grain weight, emergence rate, seed germination rate, seed

germination potential. The results are as follows:

(1) The seeds of Pterocarya stenoptera in 13 different families were divided into

larger seeds in terms of size and size. The shape was spherical and the seed

color was brown. The seed surface was rough with wings and hairs.

(2)Among the 13 families, the difference in grain weight was significant. The

No. 6 grain weight was the largest at 94.113±1.66 g. Even under the same

geographical environment, the difference was relatively significant. However,

the overall difference in seed diameter is not obvious, most of the seed diameter

is about 5mm.

(3) There was a significant difference in the emergence rate. There were more

viable seeds in families No. 5 and No. 13. Seed emergence ability was superior

to other families. In addition, seeds with a high grain weight (diameter) will

have correspondingly higher seedling emergence rates. The germination rate of

seeds of 13 families of Pterocarya stenoptera is generally higher, the

germination rate is higher, and the germination potential is correspondingly

higher, but it does not have an inevitable relationship, such as Family No. 6

and No. 10.
