盐分对土壤内相关酶的影响毕业论文

摘 要

本文选择的是江苏省盐城大丰市大丰港附近(33°03′-33°00′N;120°46′-120°51′E)0-50cm的土壤进行研究。通过实地采样分析,选取了蔗糖酶、碱性磷酸酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶作为重要指标,研究盐分对表层土、中层土、下层土三个分层内酶的影响。本文有以下主要研究结果:

(1)盐分对土壤不同分层内蔗糖酶的影响:随着土壤含盐量的增加,表层土、中层土和下层土三种分层内蔗糖酶含量都呈下降的趋势;

(2)盐分对土壤不同分层内碱性磷酸酶的影响:随着土壤含盐量的增加,表层土、中层土和下层土三种分层内碱性磷酸酶含量呈下降的趋势;

(3)盐分对土壤不同分层内过氧化氢酶的影响:当增加土壤含盐量,三种土壤分层内过氧化氢酶含量先下降,然后又上升,最后又呈下降的趋势;

(4)盐分对土壤不同分层内脲酶的影响:随着土壤含盐量增加,三种分层内脲酶含量也呈下降的趋势,变化幅度较大;

(5)三种土壤分层内酶含量的差异:不同土层深度对蔗糖酶含量和碱性磷酸酶含量的影响不大,对过氧化氢酶含量的影响很大,对脲酶含量的影响也很大。

The effect of salt on enzymes in different layers of soil

ABSTRACT

This paper choose the dageng city in jiangsu yancheng dafeng port near (33 ° 03 '- 33 ° 00' N; 46 '- 120 ° 51' 120 ° E) 0 to 50 cm of soil were studied. Through field sampling analysis, selection of the invertase, alkaline phosphatase, urease and catalase as important indicators, the salinity of surface soil, middle within three layered soil, deep soil enzymes. This paper has the following main research results:

(1) the effect of salt on sucrose enzymes in different layers of soil: with the increase of soil salinity, the content of sucrase content in the topsoil, middle soil and subsoil is decreasing;

(2) the salt on the influence of different stratified soil alkaline phosphatase: with the increase of soil salt content, surface soil, soil and subsoil middle three layered alkaline phosphatase levels within a downward trend;

(3) the salt on the influence of different hydrogen peroxide enzyme in layered soil: when the increase of soil salt content, content of hydrogen peroxide enzyme in three soil layers down first, and then rose again, then a downward trend;

(4) effect of salt on urease in different layers of soil: with the increase of soil salinity, the content of urease in three layers also decreased, with a large variation range.

(5) three layered soil difference: enzyme content in different soil depth of sucrose enzyme content and alkaline phosphatase content impact is not big, the influence of the content of hydrogen peroxide enzyme is very big, has a very big impact on urease content.

1前言

1.1研究背景

盐渍土是盐土和碱土以及各种盐化、碱化土壤的总称。盐土是指土壤中可溶性盐含量达到对作物生长有显著危害的土类。盐分含量指标因不同盐分组成而异。碱土是指土壤中含有危害植物生长和改变土壤性质的多量交换性钠。我国盐渍土主要分布在东部滨海、东北松嫩平原、西北内陆区等,此外,青海也存在大面积的盐渍土[1]。全世界盐渍土面积计约897.0万平方公里,约占世界陆地总面积的6.5%,占干旱区总面积的39%。中国盐渍土面积约有20多万平方公里,约占国土总面积的2.1%。我国盐渍土分布广泛,面积较大,有关盐渍土的综合利用研究已成为研究的热点。
