不同越冬条件下蓝茉莉苗木生理状况比较研究毕业论文

摘 要

植物的生长发育受到光照、温度、土壤、水分等多种因素的影响,在我国许多省区,低温伤害是影响植物生长发育及其地理分布的重要环境限制因素之一,也是一种自然灾害。研究植物越冬防寒的种种措施,不仅在理论上具有重要的科学意义,对于指导农林业生产实践、栽培管理,减少自然灾害造成的损失也具有重要意义。本文以蓝茉莉为材料,通过测定其根系活力、可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量、相对电导率、MDA含量、游离氨基酸含量等生理指标,确定其耐寒性机理并找出合理有效的防寒措施,为今后采取科学有效措施来安全越冬提供理论依据。通过一系列的试验分析,在全遮挡防护措施下的苗木受到的低温胁迫较低,且其积累了较其他措施下更多的内含物,对植株安全越冬有所保障。在本地区可采用适当的遮挡方式来保证蓝茉莉的安全越冬。

ABSTRACT

Many factors may affect the growth of plants, such as light, temperature, soil, moisture, ect. Low temperature , which is one of the important environment limitations that affect plant growth, development and geographical distributions, may cause cold disaster. The study on the different measures for preventing plants from cold damage in winter has its theoretical and practical significance when people are engaging in agro-forestry production. After the study of one certain species, the losses of the target plant, which was caused by natural disaster, might be reduced when encountering low temperature. The mechanism in relation to Plumbago auriculata under different cold-proof measures was found out, which provided a theoretical basis for taking measures to ensure safe hibernation. The protective measure of occlusion is beneficial for accumulation of reserved nutrients. Based on the determination of physiological indexes in Plumbago auriculata, as well as the production practice, we could take the measure of occlusion to ensure the safe-hibernation of Plumbago auriculata.
